Returns/Exchanges: If you purchase an item and it does not fit properly, and I am unable to resize it or fix it, (turquoise rings can not be resized) in store credit will be issued to you for the original purchase price of the item or you may exchange your piece for an in stock item of equal or lesser value. The item must first be sent back (at your cost) unworn, and in the original packaging. If the item is returned and has signs of wear and can not be resold, HC Silver has the right to refuse the return and will not issue you store credit. At that point you may pay for the item to get shipped back to you. (Store Credit can not be used on custom orders)
Custom Orders/ Pre-Orders : Custom orders and pre-orders are final sale and DO NOT have the option of being returned/exchanged for store credit. I understand that sometimes on brand ring orders the sizing may be off, in that case please reach out to me and I will have you ship your ring back to me (at your cost) and I will get it re-sized for you.
